I've always been a strong advocate for Fullbay because of its technician-centric design. Lately, Fullbay has been rolling out improvements and updates without fully testing them, leading to significant issues. In the past six months, we've experienced more downtime and problems than in the past five years I've been using the software. Fullbay keeps track of everything we have going in our shop. its hard to keep track with multiple employees and customers but with fullbay we are able to see where everything is and keep track of all of the parts!
They are great to setup and onboard the team for ease of setup. It exports ecerything right to our accounting software for ease of integration.

Our shop has been using Fullbay since March 2016.
From the get go, it's made the office staff & tech staff lives easier. There were many times we would reach out, say can you do this for us? It would make a world of difference. And it was done. Things take a little more time now, but that's to be expected with all the growth Fullbay has had in the last few years. Our customers love the customer portal. They joke, we are like a doctor's office.
The reports help tremendously with inventory, our financial planning & payroll.
