“I’m thrilled to be joining the board,” Gardner said. “Fullbay is already a standout in the heavy-duty industry and has seen a great deal of success. I look forward to contributing to its future growth strategy.”
Fullbay launched in 2015 and rose quickly to become the dominant player in shop management software in the heavy-duty repair space. Its comprehensive suite of software features is designed to streamline operations and improve profitability in repair shops.
Purpose-built for heavy-duty repair, Fullbay supports technicians and parts managers by handling the entire service order to cash process, including estimating service costs, automating inventory, and ordering parts.
In the back office, Fullbay provides integrations with leading solutions to automate and improve processes, including deep integrations with QuickBooks, FleetNet, Interstate Billing Service, and more, with the end result allowing offices to become better organized and more efficient.
“We’re excited to welcome Jeff and Paris to the board,” Fullbay CEO Jacob Findlay said. “Their experience in high-growth B2B SaaS businesses and the commercial fleet space provide invaluable knowledge as we continue to expand our offerings in 2020 and beyond.”
Cole and Gardner join Findlay, Fullbay CTO David Hoover, as well as Vinay Kashyap and Jason Frankel of Mainsail Partners, on the board of Fullbay.
